I've been fascinated by pregnancy, birth, and motherhood since I was a very young child. I’ve always known that I wanted to work in the birth world; a feeling that was amplified after witnessing my very first live (non-human) birth while working on a goat farm.
As a birth and postpartum doula, I am deeply committed to fostering an environment where expectant and new parents feel supported, empowered, and nurtured on all levels – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I invite mamas and families to experience greater ease, and help them to soften into their unique birthing and postpartum experiences. I hope that my care feels like a satisfying deep breathe.
Outside of doula-land you will find me rock climbing in beautiful places, whispering to plants, milking goats, and knitting sweaters.
