Two hours to drop into deep rest, nourishment, and replenishment. These sessions are designed to reset and recenter new mothers and include herbal infusion preparation, Ayurvedic snack, an herbal bath (body, sitz, or foot), and a womb massage + moxibustion treatment.

Lean into the wisdom of ancient modalities to support physical healing, emotional, integration, and energetic closure after birth. 2.5 hours include
- Guided space to share your birth story, explore emotions, and integrate your experience
- Yoni steam and herbal education
- Ayurvedic body work to support digestion, womb health, and lymphatic drainage
- Traditional body wrapping brings a sense of containment, grounding, and closure
