The Portal Postpartum Package is designed to help families feel steady, well-cared for, and fully present with their new little one(s).

Blending practices from Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and ancestral wisdom with the constraints, requirements, and knowledge of modern life, this package emphasizes the important of the first 42 days postpartum. Mothers emerge from their first 6 weeks feeling confident in their new identities, fully healed from birth, and ready to embark on the rest of their parenting journey. 

As your postpartum doula I meet with you for 3 hour sessions, either 2 or 3 times per week for 6 weeks. These sessions may include:
