Join me for pre/postnatal yoga classes in Aptos and Santa Cruz's Westside! 

Pre/Postnatal Yoga emphasizes nurturing and gentle, yet powerful, movements that promote strength, flexibility, and relaxation to support pregnancy, birth, and postpartum well-being. Class begins with a check-in, mindful meditation, and is followed by a nourishing asana practice suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy, and those who are 6+ weeks postpartum. Come spread out, slow down, and breathe deeply.

Pre-crawling babies welcome at The Circle, please leave your little ones at home for Tuesday night class.
